1. Server-Verified Pricing & Reservations
All tour prices on VietnamTravelWay are calculated in real time based on the selected departure date, adult/child count, room supplement, and optional extras. A reservation is locked upon receipt of a 20% deposit or full payment and issuance of a booking reference (e.g., VTW-2026-XXXXXX).
2. Passports, Visas & Permits
Travelers are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their entry date into Vietnam and obtaining a valid Vietnam E-Visa or Visa-Free entry stamp. Frontier permits for Ha Giang and national park fees for Phong Nha are arranged by our team as specified in each tour’s inclusions.
3. Motorbike Self-Ride vs. Easy Rider Pillion
Under Vietnamese road traffic law, self-riding a motorbike above 50cc requires a valid national motorcycle license paired with a 1968 Convention International Driving Permit (IDP). Travelers without a 1968 IDP must select our licensed local Easy Rider pillion option.
