Cancellation, Weather & Refund Policy

1. Standard Day Trips & Short Loops (1–4 Days)

Full 100% refund of your deposit or payment when cancelled at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to departure—or 24 hours prior on designated city day tours (such as Hanoi Street Food or Hoi An Cooking Class). Free date changes up to 72 hours prior subject to seat availability.

2. Multi-Day Expeditions & Overnight Cruises (5–14 Days)

Full refund when cancelled 14 to 21 days prior to departure as stated on your specific tour page. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior receive a 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future date.

3. Typhoon, Port Authority & Severe Weather Protection

If the Hai Phong / Quang Ninh Port Authority suspends overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay or Lan Ha Bay due to tropical storms, or if Quang Binh National Park closes river caves due to high water levels, travelers receive a 100% refund of the affected segment or an equivalent dry-land alternative itinerary at no extra charge.
